In a mysterious and surreal interzones somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the life of different characters are intertwined in surprising and mysterious ways. High school students Negin and Nazgol find a sum of frozen winter ice money and try to claim it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of tourists increasingly insufficient through Winnipeg’s historical monuments and places. Matthew obviously leaves his work in a government office in Québecois and aims to an enigmatic journey to visit his mother. The personal space, the time and the identities are crossed, intertwined and echoed in a surrealist comedy.
