In the mysterious and surreal interzone, somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of many characters intertwine with each other in a surprising and mysterious way. Schoolchildren Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and ask to take it away. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of increasingly confused tourists through Winnipeg’s monuments and historic sites. Matthew quits his pointless job at a government agency in Quebec and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities intertwine, interweave and echo in a surreal comedy of misdirection.
