Nurse Redd: Just thinking about it gives me chills
Narrative
A detective and a nun investigate a series of gruesome crimes that seem personal, while grappling with personal issues and uncovering a dark web that raises more questions than answers. Ed Lachlan’s Mustang has the same color and registration number as in The Italian Job 2WQI332.
Ryan Murphy usually starts with an interesting story angle, then something gets lost in the sauce
Niecey Nash wouldn’t have been my first choice for the lead detective, and yet it worked for me for a while. It is understandable that the plot twists in everything he deals with, but it is unrealistic that he would be allowed to continue working in his state.
The long drawn-out scenes during her husband’s visit are unnecessary
When the “event” It so happens that the editing makes me believe that he is dreaming, because the dialogue and the scenery when he encounters the order looks like a dream sequence. Seeing that he was actually real made the story really roll.
The head nurse makes these scenes very uncomfortable
Episodes 1-2 good, 3-4 okay and 5-6 terrible. The theory they are trying to push on us seems to be that the priest is a serial killer.
Not sure why they needed 10 episodes for this mostly filler show
The doctor you meet in the fire is my choice and I would like the show to end now. Unfortunately, the crime scenes are the most interesting part of this show and remind me of what our human nature can yield to: excess and brutality.
