Ke Huy Quan stars as Marvin Gable, a real estate agent working in a Milwaukee suburb where ‘For Sale’ signs are blooming. Gable receives a scarlet envelope from Rose (Oscar® winner Ariana Debose; West Side Story, Argyle), the former partner in crime he left for dead. She is not happy. Now Marvin is thrust back into a world of ruthless killers, filled with double crosses and open houses turned into deadly war zones. While his brother Knuckles (Daniel Wu; Tomb Raider, Warcraft), a volatile crime lord, hunts him down, Marvin must confront the choices that haunt him and a history he never truly buried.
